We are excited to launch the new version of Simpli Finance! We have many updates to share with you all.

Model Updates

The new version will be launched with two new models: Jarvis and Optimus.

Jarvis is a portfolio optimization model based on Efficient Frontier, a tried and tested method used for decades in portfolio optimization.

Optimus is a novel approach to portfolio optimization based on the semi-variance technique. It can be considered to be a variation of the Efficient Frontier model that penalizes downside risk (volatility) in risk-return optimization.

Better UX/UI

We will go into detail in a later blog about the new changes in UX/UI and how you can benefit from it.

The Future of Simpli Finance

We’re looking to add more utility and possibly remodeling into the native Simpli Token; we want the token to be valuable and experience price appreciation over time.

One of the ways of doing this is by introducing real yield for Simpli Finance. More on that in a later blog.

To preserve the price, we’re also looking to reduce the emission rate of Simpli token on December 15th to be 50%. Eventually, we’ll reduce all emission of Simpli tokens by January 2023.
